Menudo is not really a cut of meat, but a soup/stew made from beef tripe and hominy and sometimes pig or beef feet. Tripe is the stomach of the cow. In spanish it's called Tripas. This is great stuff, but just not for everybody. Worth a try and better than you might think. I couldn't live in a world without Menudo.
