I only saw the first one, and it was hilarious, because it makes fun of blonde prisses. Funny stuff. Reminded me of "Zoolander"...a comedy that riducules rediculous people in a good-natured way.

a 3.5 average. as usual the first one is better than the second. the first is more charming as Elle follows her boyfried to an ivy league college to be a lawyer but only because he is. at first it looks like she is a fish out of water. since she is a bit on the fluff side.eventually she settles in and shows she can have the ability to be a lawyer. not to bad movie and Reese Withespoon is good as Elle. skip the second one the plot is dumb.

I never seen the second one, but i was amazed how well the first one was. I thought it was going to be a bubblegum flick.
