It's the best way of adding salt to Chinese food, but I don't use it for much else.

Maybe this is funny coming from an Asian person, but I'm not that big on Soy Sauce. It's good in moderation, but I don't like stuff soaking in it.

How can you eat Chinese without soy sauce? It is a fermented sauce made from soy beans, roasted grain, salt and water. It is chuck full of salt, however.

They say that people in far east are so healthy and youthful because their diet consists of lots of soy. Hope it will become an inspiration to some of you.
