There's a hell of range here. The big brand commercial varieties run the gamut from ghastly to reasonably good. Some of the small brand varieties are incredible. Personally, given enough time, I prefer to make my own.

I had to learn the difference between wet barbecue and dry barbecue in the South. I guess I have never heard of that before. It was a great learning experience.
