A gyro isn't the same without it. I've never tried to do any Greek or Mediterranean cooking, so I don't have any uses for the stuff in my own kitchen, but for what it adds to a gyro it deserves five stars. I honestly don't even know how to pronounce it properly, so when I order it I kind of slur it, and it comes out something like "sat-seek-ee", but it's good enough for them to know what I'm asking for.

I love this stuff. Goes great with Greek and Middle Eastern food especially falafel.
