Most similar among more recent players to Gwynn and Boggs. Had speed and could flat out hit, got over 3,000 hits, won numerous batting titles. A 4.5, belongs in The Hall for sure. That doesn't mean he was perfect, he had drawbacks like the vast majority of players, too. In Carew's case, he was not a great fielder at all, and he didn't have a lot of power.
