01/01/2007 | This was not a big deal. Did you notice the TV ratings for the WBC? They were minimal; nobody cared! Fans were more anxious for the arrival of the first games of the season. As for Bonds, he is irrelevant himself. Few are respecting his "quest" for the HR record outside of SF. It's obvious he has been on 'roids and most fans will stil consider Hank Aaron to be the HR king.
