No leader here. He's just plain stupid and thinks he's brilliant.

He' the most corrupt, incompetent, racist mayor in the history of New Orleans (and that's saying something). He promotes racial hatred (Chocolate City speech of 2006, for reference- it might soon be Vanilla City, the city council is already 60% vanilla/40% milk chocolate). Nagin is constantly in trouble with his appointees (pill poppers, morons, theives, braggarts, racialists, idiots, jive talkin' suckas, etc.). He's supported by radical black "ministers" (meaning Communist agitators/propagandists/urban terrorists), and talks like a street hustler ("Look, man..."). The city barely operates with this dunce in charge. He's also very lazy and can't stand criticism. Everybody's picking on him.

You just know he's headed for prison. A truly despised figure (and not just by the vanilla element).

One of the most incompetent, ignorant and corrupt mayors there ever was.
