You've got to be kidding me. . .most people I know (from this area) has a real story about how corrupt the Rizzo cop-squads were in the glorious 70's. . .an overrated thug at best. . .

Rizzo cleaned up what was once a dirty, rugged, city. Some areas of Philly are still pretty crummy but back in the 60's and 70's Philly was just awful! He cleaned up the Police force and got those guys into the hood with their billy clubs and they kicked ass and cleaned house. Street needs to do the same but he wont because he's an incompetent wuss. Street msut go!
