I like the Knob Creek....it has (I think) a failry unique taste for bourbons....it has without a doubt a more "barrelly" taste to it than most any bourbon I have tried (and that is many)!!

It is a smooth bourbon....I think drinkable on the rocks or neat....but it does have a strong taste for certain....but smooth.

I didn't care for Knob Creek much when compared to other bourbons. It definitely did not live up to the hype for me. It had a strong taste, but there was nothing smooth about it. It wasn't something I would want to drink straight, which is the true test of a bourbon.

strong, bold, clean taste. Doesn't seem to have a very full, well balanced taste though. I remember tasting more alcohol than anything else. probably one of those whiskies that takes a lil getting used to for some like me. Even though bourbon is not my drink for a bourbon it is good.
