02/21/2006 | Molfan: The worst part for the discovery of this one? I had a TERRIBLE infection of a belly button piercing a couple of months back; I was given this penicillin based medicine for it. Within 3 days, my throat had nearly swollen shut, I had a rash down my arms, my face was swollen, I'd lost circulation to my hands and feet, a migraine etc. On top of all of that, I have asthma so the throat swelling triggered that and I had a sinus infection due to a cold that I caught the day after I began taking the medication. I was pityful, I'm sure.
