Rotary covers a whole lot of countries. It's quite cheap and they aren't selective when it comes to people with different social backgrounds.

Rotary is very good because it's the cheapest of the exchange organisations. The students actually get paid for living abroud! But they are not very profiled (I actually don't know a whole lot about them) & almost invisible (at least here in Norway). I don't even know how many countries the include, but I have a feeling it's more than AFS (witch is about 50-60).
