Again, it was the same gag, over and over again. They needed some new material long before they packed it in.

Let's face it, there's a little Cornholio in all of us. It's facing that epiphany which made the show so interesting.

I really liked these guys too, 4.5 stars, though I must add the caveat that I preferred the video commentary more than the actual episodes. Their movie was very good too. Best comment on a video ever IMO-When Butthead said that James Hetfield of Mettalica ( a band I hate) looked like The Cowardly Lion!

Like "Southpark" (which it preceded by years),it is easy to dismiss Beavis and Butthead as juvenile...however,if you notice there's some pretty subtle points worked in-like however stupid Beavis and Butthead are, everyone else around them is just as moronic if nor more so.They also SLAY some of the bad video subjected upon us by MTV-and for this alone I applaud Mike Judge! I especially liked the one where they were at the drive up window of a fast food joint, and of course,Beavis immortal altar-ego Bungholio is a riot."Are you threatening me?!"

Yes, it was crude, lame, and decidedly low-brow but I admit to being sucked in.. at least for awhile. The duo's takes on current music videos and popular culture were spot-on. They may have been morons but they always got it right and they said exactly what most of us were thinking. I'd love to hear what they'd have to say about things like Paris Hilton, American Idol, William Hung, and gangsta rap.. to name only a few.

The greatest television episodical program of the last twenty years.
