This was really written for grown ups! Very sophisticated satire, more so than most of what is actually written for grown-ups today.

A staple of my Saturday mornings. Though not the most culturally sensitive series at the time, it's bumbling antics and in-your-face satire has since been way overcome by others in this list.

Very solid, well written, funny and satirical. I caught a few episodes on a local rerun channel a month or so ago and still found them entertaining.

Way ahead of it's time- very subtle, lots of 'in-jokes', good political satire- and the natural ancestor, or granddaddy if you will, of all intelligent cartoon comedy shows in its wake- Simpsons, Beavis, South Park, etc.

One of those local independent TV stations used to air these on Saturday afternoons when I was a kid. Really funny and often smartass. I don't think I ever saw more then six or eight episodes but I assume there must be many more. If they aren't out on DVD then someone should think about doing that. Lots of asides and double entendres that were probably over the kids' heads but which adults had to appreciate. Clever stuff. One of my favorites.
