Since when did look like a Nazi, become cool?

This started out with the Punk Music crowd. I remember pictures of Johnny Rotten and his swastika tee shirt. Siouxsie Sioux also used Nazi symbols.

Then it moved into the skinhead crowd and became more of a political statement.

This is now big in the Far East. Even Europe is starting to see more and more flaunting of Nazi symbols as a fashion statement.
