Delaware is a Football State first what with Univ. of Delaware Football always being successful in Div-1AA. They've won a National Title. Delaware State can produce good Football teams as well. The State itself doesnt produce many players, but there have been some respectable Div-1 caliber players come from the State. Basketbal would be bigger if UD or Del State were better.
