Football is #1 here, but Basketball is a solid # 2 but with Baseball creeping up on it. Louisiana produces some excellent players yet that isnt always reflected in the State's schools. Interest seems to depend on the quality of the teams playing. When a team is winning , the fans will be there. If not, it drops. The NBA Hornets dont get enough support in New Orleans.
