Minnesota is a crazy basketball state. In recent years we have produced NBA players like Joel Prizbilla, Khalid El-Amin, and Devon George. Our college (UofM) has produced NBA studs like Bobby Jackson and Vashon Leonard. Go to any park in Minneapolis, and you will find some top notch skillz that will blow you away.

In a hockey-obsessed state basketball just can't compete. The Timberwolves and Gophers tease the natives with a fantastic season here and there, but neither team can maintain success for sustained periods of time.
