	DarrenGJohnson (20) 04/20/2006	I have to say that I agee with this because Romans 4:13 says "It was not through the Law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would inherit the world, but throught the righteousness that comes by faith." Also the earth is the Lords and the fullness thereof and we are his heirs. Having said that I will say that the means of possessing the world is never by taking up arms, but always by the proclamation of the Gospel that Jesus is Lord of all and exile, i.e. estrangement from YHWH has ended in Jesus and sins are forgiven through Jesus. 	Donovan (141) 03/17/2006	There will be a day when this is true, right now the world (and cosmos) is owned by God but run by the price of darkness (satan). Even though God owns it and Christians who are "children of God" can not now enjoy the riches of God's kingdom. Satan has a stronghold on the earth and desires to destroy what he can because he knows he is defeated. He wants to take as many people from God as he can. God desires for no one to perish but he gave mankind a choice to decide on their own to accept or reject his love and his son Jesus.
