You'd think that Ohio State football dominates the state... and it's very true, but the Buckeyes also have a solid b-ball tradition and are among the best in the Big Ten right now. That, and Cincinnati and Dayton usually have very, very good basketball programs. And LeBron James is doing wonders in reviving a Cleveland Cavs franchise that's been left for dead. Basketball won't ever be top dog in this state, but at the very least it's relevant again.
