Its a good song, but I'm not sure I'd class it as an anti-war song.

It's more of a protest against the destruction of blue collar security.

I always thought it was hilarious irony that this song would be played at football games - so many people not really listening to the lyrics and thinking it was a patriotic song. Well, it is patriotic, just not in the way most would accept it.
