The best there is in sking for America. Rising out of nowhere and being the only medalist in the men's alipine sking makes him special as he doesn't need TV to show that he is the good in reality. No need to be a Bodeist.

His ability to shine has been overshadowed by the Bode Miller hype. If things were judged just on performance, than he would be a bigger story right now.
