I can't believe he wasn't a default choice when this list was first started (but I'm glad I got to do the nomination). To use a sports metaphor I'm sure he'd appreciate, oscargamblesfro has all the bases covered when it comes to humor; from the knee-jerk smirk to the rambling "shaggy-dog" story and everything in between. Where most folks (like myself) really labor with the canvas, he's able to just whip out the brushes and paint with a jocular immediacy that's both charming and disarming. Our senses of humor tend to run concurrently (though mine suffers from jet lag); I've lost count of the times when I've spotted a topic listing, made an observational quip about it, clicked on that topic, and found THE SAME quip staring back at me under his banner. A clever wag who's comments keep the smiles going long after their many readings.
