 | Molfan (63) 02/21/2006 | it is sickening how many rapists can get away with this because the woman if frightened to report it. how even more horrible that they fear the victim will be made out to be a whore and had it coming to them, anyone who would force this violent act on someone, and this is not sex should be punished.

 | TJGypsy2 (7) 02/21/2006 | Rape may not be sex, but it is still classified as a sex crime, at least so far. And as far as the laws, I think in most cases they aren't strict enough, as people who commit these types of crimes very oftem move on to even worse crimes.

 | zuchinibut (45) 02/20/2006 | This doesn't even belong on the list, because I don't feel that rape is considered sex.

 | Drummond (60) 02/19/2006 | Not even sure one should call rape "sex." Most rapists don't ejaculate. It's simply about power and degredation.
My test for valid sexual laws goes as follows. Anything by consenting adults in which no third party is likely to suffer direct consequences should be legal. The third party consequences is a grey area obviously.
