I think we now live in a day and age where the main issue is making sure you use sun screen with an SPF of at least 25.

Not sure why "public exposure" and "indecent acts" have been lumped together.Nudity isn't sex.Men should be very careful in the states of Georgia and Florida where peein' in the bushes can get you arrested and convicted of "indecent exposure" and added to the "sex offender" list (along with pedophiles and rapists) for life. Not sure which other states may have equally ridiculous customs.Women can be nearly naked with relative impunity just about anywhere in the USA but in church. Men are now required (by custom, not by law in most jurisdictions) to wear at least shorts that come down to the knee at all times. Reluctant exceptions are made for lap swimmers and the more daring members of a dive team.In establishments that post signs saying, "no shirt; no shoes; no service.", I often contemplate the idea of entering wearing only the required items.BTW, The sort of dives I frequent tend to have signs that say, "No Shirt; No Shoes; No Problem!"

I'm pretty sure you just need a permit (if even that) to get away with all of the above here in San Francisco, at least if the Folsom Street Fair is any indication. As far as I can tell, no one suffers any great consequence because of it. Granted, the population of kids in this particular city is rather low.

Christophino did not leave a 1 star rating for EVERY single item on this list? This must be upside down on acid day on Rateitall.

For me, I guess it depends on who's exposing themselves. Pam Anderson. Fine. Richard Dean Anderson. Should be a felony.

I'm less concerned about flashers and streakers - actually I wouldn't put them in the same boat. Streakers aren't quite as sexual or predatory as flashers, who have a different agenda really. Because there are many out there with sensibilities about nudity, or deliberately sexual public behavior, I don't necessarily oppose these laws. However, I can't help thinking that this crime would end overnight if everybody simply ignored the perps.
