02/20/2006 | I'm less concerned about flashers and streakers - actually I wouldn't put them in the same boat. Streakers aren't quite as sexual or predatory as flashers, who have a different agenda really.
Because there are many out there with sensibilities about nudity, or deliberately sexual public behavior, I don't necessarily oppose these laws. However, I can't help thinking that this crime would end overnight if everybody simply ignored the perps.
