Let me guess, an unfettered Obama in charge of the White House and the Senate and Congress is going to outlaw this too.  Or at least tax the hell out of it.

I'm in serious trouble here. I'm certainly glad the law enforcements types in Georgia were eating donuts and too busy to bother the last time I was in Atlanta, or I'd have been screwed. Twice.

Uh oh sexual intercourse is illegal now? I am not sure how many counts of sexual intercourse I have against me. But I am going away for a long long time. Even though I wore a ski mask and told my partners my name is Chico, I am bound to get caught eventually.. But since the act is generally done naked, I can at least tell if he is wearing a wire.

Some people should deffinately be prohibited from engaging in sexual intercourse unless it's (a) done in the privacy of their own cage (b) both people are fixed within an inch of their lives and there's absolutely no hope there could be child born that would be influenced by their redumbdancy.

I've slayed a few women....but I never got arrested for it...

Updating for all the confusion. Really guys, if you just read the posts, you won't be confused! In some states you're breaking the law if you are single and you have sex with another person. Period. Doesn't matter if the partner is an adult, of opposite gender, alive, completely willing, or otherwise. You have to be married to have sex, or it's a crime. Georgia for instance punishes premarital sex with a fine of up to $1000.00 and a year in the slammer. And to make matters more ridiculous, several states have laws making it a crime for unmarried couples to live together if they're having sex on a regular basis. Apparently, it's okay if you only have sex every once in a while.

Antiquated and ridiculous state law that Drummond has mentioned, although I don't live in Georgia I do have relatives from there... though I don't think my girlfriend and I would consider moving there- try as I might, I just can't picture Sheriff Lobo or Roscoe Pekoe Trane (sp?) kicking down our door some night... p.s. hey Drummond does this apply in Indiana too?

Sex between two consenting adults should be permissable if there are not any other offenses being committed.
