Definitely one of the most uninteresting stadiums I've ever been in. And that's to bad, since it is also out in the middle of nowhere with nasty fans.

The AT&T logo is EVERYWHERE. It's to the point of interfering with the enjoyment of the games played there. Only the O'Reilly logos littering the United Spirit Arena floor looks worse. Still, a good place to watch football. Good atmosphere.

Fans are out wild. Stadium is unique.

As an Oklahoma fan who goes to most away games, I've been to a lot of stadiums. Jones SBC is definately bottom 2 or 3. Fans aren't particularly noisy, but they are nasty and have to be egged on by air raid sirens and other sound effects. One classy thing Tech fans do is they hold the finger guns up when a player (home or away) is down. Structure itself resembles Boone Pickens/Lewis Field/whatever in Stillwater, and that's not a good thing. Second tier program, third tier stadium.

Good improvements have been made recently. I especially the thrown tortillas at this stadium and when Texas A&M plays in Lubbock it is always a wild atmosphere.

Texas Tech?

Too bad Texas Tech fans are a bunch of a$$holes. I've traveled up and down the Big 12, and in my eyes, TT fans are a lot like OU fans (arrogant, obnoxious, and ignorant), but unlike OU, they've got nothing to brag about. If you love sand, you'll love Tech.

There is not a bad seat in the house and the venue has developed an outstanding gameday atmosphere over the past 5 years! Plenty of newly updated restrooms, great food and passionate Red Raider fans! The additions underway [additional boxes, club level seating and general seating] to increase its capacity to 66,000 will indeed make it one of America's best football venues! Not to mention a tougher place for visiting teams. . . .

Great place to be on game day. Rabid Raider fans everywhere. Student section (east side and south endzone) is really wild. We sit on the westside and can view the action on and off the field. Great view of the field from anywhere in the stadium. Great spectator stadium.

Great atmosphere. Fans are rabid about their Red Raiders, visitors are usually uncomfortable.

Been there once, combine the crowd (not as bad as everyone says)and the sightlines of the field, that is one cool stadium.

The new construction phases have vastly improved the stadium. One of the best tailgating atmospheres around.

West side of stadium is AMAZING!

Nothin better than the Jones rockin as the raiders do battle in the big 12!
