Purchased carpet from Victor Furniture, saved a few bucks but what a disaster. The person we dealt with was IGOR. Unfortunately, he is quick to take the cash but not quick with customer service. The crew that installed our carpet left a 12 iron burn and we called to complain. IGOR recommended that we get the carpet cleaned in order to remove the burn mark,...yeah like that makes sense. Finally we got him over here after we told him that we stopped payment on the check. After a few weeks, new carpet & the same carpet crew came back and this time they had mis measured the width for hour stairs which caused another delay in installation. It was like dealing with dumb and dumber and our entire experience with Victor Furniture bordered beyond ridiculous. The carpet has never been right and looks like hell. We have had several repair people out to fix the seams and they have said that Victor Furniture doesn't have quality installers. Can't comment on the furniture service but shop somewhere else when it comes to floor coverings. I wished I had gone to Imperial or Home Depot.
