this product sucks, muscle tech has been ripping people off. i increased 5 lbs in bench press and i took 1/2 a bottle. over all i would say that my hard work paid off not the product which was $60. no one knows what the product is...basically it seems to be a ammino acid/ protien synthisizer. im sure it works but the bottle says take twice as much to get extreme results...to be frank thats a lie.

This product obviously works to varying degrees but it had some very weird side effects. The very first day I took it, chest and arms day, I could not sleep that night. I had a very weird tingling feeling in my arms and my mind was racing. I have used it now for 1 month and have seen gains of about 4 lbs muscle mass. That's it! These pills are also HORSE PILLS! They are huge! 1 serving is a whopping 6 giant HORSE PILLS! Taking 6 Giant HORSE PILLS is quite impractical. Does it really take that much just to work? Maybe they should put more into each pill. If you don't mind being a pill popper then this product might suit you well.
