All I can say is Google the words 'Intelliflix' and 'Review' and you'll find hundreds if not thousands of reviews about this service.

I can tell you first-hand about Intelliflix. The company is deceptive and has appalling customer service. You can sign up for a 30 day trial and of course they send movies to you in a timely manner for that first month - after that, don't expect anything other than a 2 week turn-around time from the time you send it to the time you receive another. And yes, they have the mark as sent back feature on one movie at a time - still nothing! I often find that there is only one movie in circulation despite the fact that I am supposed to have 3. I describe their service a lot of smoke and mirrors - they pretend to have features to help and they pretend to have titles that are obscure but don't. I had placed over 20 titles that were on their "extended wait list" which I find somewhat questionable already since after 3 months of being with them, I have never seen a single one and now I find out that I won't because they have now done me the favor of removing them all (of course not telling me beforehand) and having a statement sent out that movies on the extended wait list that they have determined are not really able to send have been removed as a choice from the site. So movies that we thought would be there and signed up to receive, are gone and for those we thought later we'd like to see are gone - we have no idea what that list was and have no record of it. We have send complaint, after complaint to them only to get "form responses" that do not answer our questions. You cannot call anyone so you are left to their schedule and whatever minimum wage kid decides to answer you with today. You are trapped into staying with them for the duration of your year-long contract. DO NOT SIGN-UP WITH INTELLIFLIX. I am doing you all a favor by letting you know this. Please do us, those who were foolish enough to sign up on this, a favor by not only refusing to sign-up but inform them of the information you have received so that they will understand that their poor service is being voiced to others and that their treatment of their current customers impairs their ability to acquire new ones. BTW - the one-star should be zero but to sene this, I had to go with something.

after first two weeks the movies stopped comming it took two more weeks for one movie to come and customer service is full of preprogramed responses always checking on the problem but no solutions. I also wrote to corporate and no response. their service sucks!!!!

Intelliflix is a waste of your time and hard earned money. I signed up for their yearly plan, which provided 3 DVDs out a time - in a month period, I only received two, even though, I sent them back within a day of watching them. Customer Service unresponsive and reports of NBC and Consumers Report rating them as #1 is fabericated.
