The building boom which started to gain steam about 7 years really has really overburdened the road system here. The state simply can't keep up with the necessary upgrades needed to maintain traffic flow. Rush hour here in Miami has gotten progressively worse with time, and I don't see it going away anytime soon.

Actually, it's fairly good, except for two intersections (that I have to get through to get to work. Go figure); it's the timing of the lights during rush hour (and lunch time) that back up traffic onto the highway that scares me. Almost everyone from neighboring areas who drives up that way complains about it.
So, the overall being "fairly good" with the exception of two intersections, I'll give this one an "eh" (3).
