This doesn't speak so much to the fact that I am getting older as it does to the fact that they can't write a decent skit to save their lives...then again, everything else on network TV is crap, too...so they don't have much competition.

I can remember the original cast. and they were great. most went on to have good careers. and tragically a couple died. they first few seasons were funny original. I was glad I got the chance to be part of the generation who got to see SNL when it all started.
