 | magellan (179) 02/24/2006 | It's time to give Andy Kennedy a job. His team plays ferociously - diving all over the floor and crashing the boards as hard as any team that I've seen this year.
It would have been easy for this team to coast with Huggins forced out, in a monster conference, with one of their best players sidelined by injury, and with a 37 year old interim coach. But they don't coast. In fact, they may be the first team that I've seen that plays as hard and tough as Villanova.
And I think that's coaching - holding the team together, and keeping them playing hard.
Last night's slugfest between Villanova and Cincinnati shows that Cinci should not only be in the tourney, but that they're not going to be an easy out.
