Girlfriends are not worth killing. Women (at least the American variety) commonly do messed up things because they've been socialized to believe that their emotional wants and desires are of paramount importance, and when they feel these wants and desires are not being adequately met/addressed/considered/obsessed about they are commonly willing to engage in all manner of messed up behavior that wouldn't normally cross the average guy's mind. It is my experience that the best thing to do is unload them. And when (and if) they act up b/c they've been spurned and are hell bent on revenge, sue them. They are commonly dumbstruck by this course of action because 1) few men do it, and @) they often believe that little revenge plots and other crap that they pull when upset are some form of a birthright. Filing a civil action usually quickly forces them back into orbit and almost guarantees the defendant's newfound cooperativeness. But hey, that's just my experience. One man, one opinion.
