Lenny's an idiot. He has a good sense of humor, which sometimes helps get him through things and is what makes him somewhat tolerable, but his flippant attitude and apparent disregard & disrespect for his teammates and authority is what makes him an idiot and it was about time he got the boot.

He's not too smart, or that good of a leader. But he's funny and he's got stones as big as coconuts. If he doesn't make it with The Donald, I see him running the Russian Mafia.

The Apprentice is one of my favorite shows. I threw up over Martha Stewart's crap copy-cat show. This season, I'm kind of rooting for Lenny. He's definantly the smarter of the guys, but I think it's a girls one to win this year.

So far he is the best in his team.

He's honest and simple. Most people overlook the obvious trying too hard to impress others. Lenny makes it clear to look straight through and get things done.

Being former military he's a bit gruff and unpolished, but he may do well if he tones it down. He gets an extra star for having been betrayed by Tarek and not reacting more negatively. (Not Russian, by the way. He's originally from Uzbekistan.) I give him credit for having come from very humble beginnings half a world away and becomming a success in the US economy.

He might not have done anything wrong during the first task, but I don't think his personality will help him in this competition. He is very abrasive, and will definitely rub people the wrong way. It seems like they bring along one or two people each series who they know won't win, but will create some drama before they get sent home. I think Lenny is that guy.

Is he really Russian? Well, anyways, I don't like him. He seems to have a lot of issues, and he seems to always be angry.
