Finally, we FINALLY have a capable, strong, smart, and SANE African-American woman on the show. After that airhead loser Omarosa, I kept hoping and hoping that this would happen. Hopefully, Roxanne will make the final 4. Best of luck to you, girl!

She's alright. I think she is a little arrogant.

She did not back down when she was confronted, and she is the only reason that they one their last task. She is now showing that she can compete and she will step up when needed. I think that she tried to stay low in the beginning to feel out everyone's personalities--after all she is a lawyer

She hasn't really done anything great yet, but I give her a lot of credit because she appears to be levelheaded. She is one of the few contestants so far to always speak logically, instead of emotionally. I think the people who fly somewhat under the radar during the early tasks are usually those who can do their jobs well, yet are smart enough to observe how the process works without sticking their necks out on the line.

I give credit to her for breaking the anti-Brent clique in the board room. She was able to see what encouraged the loss the team had rather than just trying to kick Brent out of the suite when he wasn't the reason that this team had lost the task.
