Tarek is the greatest contestant that has ever been on the show. He is also extremely handsome, which won't hurt his illustrious (future) career.

I am so not impressed with him at all. Hopefully he won't be around much longer.

I can not wait until this prick is fired. There nothing worse than a know-it-all who is adamant when he is both right or wrong. He is so full of it.

You know, a man can be a genious and still be a social moron. Thats Tarek. And that is what will get him fired.

This Orlando Bloom look-alike is a legend in his own mind. He may be from humble beginnings but there's obviously nothing humble about him. Likes to boast frequently that he's a member of MENSA (several times in one show) but lacks any judgement or common sense. Proved that he's also a bully (by threatening Lee), petty and vindictive (by bringing Lee into the boardroom), unfair and a bad judge of character (by bringing Lenny into the boardroom). Mr. Trump said it best... "That guy is really overrated." Lucky that Summer cut her own throat or he would have been gone.

I think the editors of the show made Tarek look worse than he probably is. His team only lost by 3 memberships sold, and I don't think it is an envious position to be the first project manager on the show. I have a feeling that he will rebound from this first task, and stay on the show for quite a while.

I don't think this guy really knows what to do with himself. He says he's smart, but he's very unorganized, and severly lacks common sense.
