Used Zoom to Glasgow. Flight over was non stop on plane called city of Ottawa, no complaints with anything. Flight back was with a stop in Belfast on plane called city of Toronto. Seat 12J the back would not latch in upright position, main movie screen was constantly distorted, meal was terrible. The crew was fantastic with big smiles and constant service on both flights, There didn't seem to be as much leg room on return flight

After having less than complete satisfaction with other discount airlines, I was searching the net and found ZOOM airlines at www.flyzoom.com. The prices they were offerring were almost too good to be true but I decided to try them anyway for a trip to the UK from Toronto. Checkin was handled by courteous and helpful staff. The flight from Toronto was actually a couple of minutes early. I was very impressed with the aircraft. The interior seemed new with all leather seats. It is a wide body aircraft (B767) and felt very roomy even in the economy section. Of particular note, the legroom was noticably more than I expected from an economy class ticket. On the return trip I opted for the upgrade to premium economy and was delighted to find that I had even more legroom and the drinks were free. The inflight service in both economy and premium was great. I would definately upgrade again for the little extra that it cost. Very friendly and attentive service from the flight attendants. Overall, I was very happy with my travel experience with ZOOM and have been telling all my friends about this great airline. I am looking forward to my next trip with ZOOM.
