Terrible idea that only Jesus freaks and fascist people like Ann Coulter would like. What should be done is to lower the age of consent to 14 because any girl who is trashy enough to consent to sex at that age is going to have sex anyway with whoever.

i wouldn't go as far as life.... Try therapy in prison instead, to rehibilitate prisoners. If you just keep them in prison all of thier lives, that is a big drain on money, houseing them, feeding them, ect ect ect. Try solving the root of the problem instead of what stems from it.
