03/12/2006 | lol you can't just ban it, they will do it any way. It's the force of nature. Instead try to make more school programs to raise awareness of safe sex, show them 15 year mothers and shock them into not wanting to even risk having sex. You can't just ban those kinds of things, your not the parent of all these kids.
