04/04/2006 | I hear this one a lot. The smart ones will make sure there's no background noise when they make the call. The not so smart, or drunk ones forget that the slot machine sounds can be heard over the phone.

03/02/2006 | Whether it's true or not; it's almost always worth telling your boss. They can't take the risk of asking you to come in if you really do have the flu, and since 24 hour bugs occur almost all year-round it's likely to be believed.

03/02/2006 | This one gets used a lot. I groom dogs so if I don't work I don't get paid so for me I have to be very sick to not go to work.
