01/14/2008 | I usually go for medium rare. I like red on the inside of my steak, but I prefer it if its a little warm rather than a cold, red rare.

03/04/2006 | A family tradition that I never outgrew. We always had our steaks prepared medium-rare. My sister, for the past few years, has been ordering her various beef orders medium-well. She is now considered the family wierdo (insofar as the consumption of dead cows is concerned).
