10/21/2006 | About five years ago, I was let go from the job because the manager of the place felt like I didn't belong to her nucleus. That were her exact words. Interstingly enough, she admitted that she liked me as a worker and loved my personality.I told her two famous words.

03/02/2006 | I read somewhere that people can be fired for not "fitting in" with the corporate culture or whatever. However, I don't think this is a career damaging thing unless the person works in the corporate schtick.
