 | typiet (0) 03/05/2006 | People realy don't seem to realize that the Curaçao- and Aruba players on the Dutch team, in comparison to most other multi-million player base countries have an astonishing potential: all players in Curaçao and Aruba counted together, do not exeed a 1000 players, and still manage to have at least a dozen players in all levels of MLB put together!! That's astonishing if you compare them to let's say China, which country has probably a manyfold of this number playing baseball on a daily basis. The Curaçao baseball championships for instance do not exceed 24 games on a yearly basis, and still they have managed to produce players the likes of Andruw Jones, of all people!
