While it doesn't bring in much income, it only costs $60, and it only takes $500 to build both dark purples up to hotels, so it can be nice to have.

I happen to really like these properties.  I can afford to purchase & put hotels on them for a very reasonable price.  I've cleaned people out on these before they even got the opportunity to put hotels on their 'luxury' properties. 'Slums' of the game but come in quite handy.

I jokingly call this (along with its little brother Meditarranean) the "slums" of the game.

I usually don't even buy this property if I land on it. I know it costs nothing to buy, but you get nothing out of that investment. Even with hotels on it, you don't make that much money.
