The green properties can be great once you get them built up, but man can you be in trouble if you spend too much on them and no one lands there. For some reason it seems like people don't land on Pacific very much.

The green properties are awesome: they'er almost as prestigious as Park Place and Boardwalk, without the hefty maintenance.
