Have to agree with Geog84. You can usually get all three green properties easier than getting Boardwalk and Park Place and once you have the hotels up, it's a dangerous part of the board.

The green properties are awesome: they'er almost as prestigious as Park Place and Boardwalk, without the hefty maintenance.
