03/06/2006 | I like the one I've had for a while. Makes a decent loaf of bread that tastes better and smells better than most commercial breads.
I don't have the time, or the patience to make bread the old fashioned way.

03/06/2006 | Oh, no, Stark! If some guy gave ME a breadmaker as a gift, I might just laugh right in his face!
If I'm going to make bread (though it's a feat that I should probably not attempt, as this would be hazardous to anyone's health), I'll go the route my mom did: kneading it by hand, shaping it by hand, and baking/steaming it (depending on the recipe).
