The omnipresent bland, Coca-Cola like logo helped to solidify their reputation as " corporate rock" sellouts- despite the rest of whatever else comprised the cover: in this case a revolutionary leftist type flag. There was a gray tattered looking flag with stars that some friend of theirs had sewn. At this point they were not a corporate rock act, though that was coming fast. Their album covers were always as boring as the music within, excepting the first few efforts, including this one.
