Great song. The lyrics are definitely psychodelicly oriented, and Lucy Sky Diamonds start with the letters LSD, so naturally the song must be about drugs. However, the Beattles themselves claim it's not about drugs. Given that they wrote several other songs about drugs and weren't afraid to admit it, I find their protestations credible.
